Pelvic Floor Therapy
With a focus on the internal pelvic floor muscles, this specialized therapy works with treating concerns surrounding pregnancy and postpartum, chronic hip, low back and/or pelvic pain.
Craniosacral Therapy
This gentle modality works directly with the nervous system, addressing any dysfunction or restrictions along the cranium, spinal cord and pelvis. Excellent for relaxation, anxiety, digestive issues and chronic pain.
